As a reminder, This Sentence is a Maze is a unique narrative experience where every word in a sentence becomes a doorway to a new story. Players can click on words to either continue an existing story or create a new one from that word, thus building an infinite literary maze.

Every contribution enriches the game and builds a complex, fascinating universe of stories. We are amazed by the creativity of our community, and reaching 6000 lines shows just how much this universe has grown thanks to you, even long after the end of the GMTK Game Jam! 🌟 Ludum Dare Participation: Discover The Red Beetle Squad! 🌟

We’re also excited to announce our participation in the latest Ludum Dare with our new game: The Red Beetle Squad! 🪲

In this online asynchronous multiplayer game, you and other players cooperate to find a tiny red beetle on a large island. Each player controls a unique character with special abilities to help in the search: the Detective searches for objects, the Naturalist places signs to keep track, the Courier delivers the beetle to the altar... and even a Ghost (who, let’s be honest, is mostly here for atmosphere! 👻).

With its colorful and stylized graphics, and quick games lasting less than a minute, The Red Beetle Squad is perfect for a fun, low-pressure gaming experience. Come and test your skills as a beetle hunter! 🎮
