Game made in 3 hours for the Trijam

What's in the shroninger box ?

A quantum roguelite about feeding a very uncertain cat.

Are you feeding the cat… or collapsing the universe?

Welcome to Schrödinger’s Treats, a fast, funny, probability-driven mini-roguelite where every choice is a gamble and every box contains either delicious cat food…
…or the cold, brutal disappointment of the quantum void.

Travel through branching timelines of mysterious boxes.
Each one offers a risk–reward pair:
💚 “40% chance to DOUBLE your score!”
💀 “60% chance to lose everything instantly.”
Your job?
Make it to the final column with 80% cat-essence or more.
(Please don’t ask what cat-essence is. It’s quantum. It’s fine.)

How to Play

  • Click a box on the map to inspect it.

  • Each box shows two outcomes:

    • Good effect (green)

    • Bad effect (red)

  • Hover over a box to preview the possible paths.

  • Choose carefully… or recklessly.

  • Open the box, pray to the wave-function gods, and advance deeper into the timeline.

  • Reach the end with ≥ 80% to win!

It helps the wave function collapse into a slightly happier universe.
